Pest control service plan renewal reminders
For small pest control companies with quarterly or annual plans who want fewer silent cancellations and less chasing.
Common reasons plans lapse
- The card on file expired
- The customer forgot the plan renews
- A seasonal pest is gone, so the plan feels unnecessary
A simple schedule
- 30, 14 and 3 days before renewal
- An expired-card notice the same day a payment fails
- One win-back message about 30 days after a lapse, then stop
Time messages to the season
- Mention the pests customers actually see that season in your area
- Keep each message short and focused on one action

- US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business texting from a standard local number.
